Interested in becoming a supplier?

We are England’s largest provider of specialist housing and care for those in later life, serving more than 65,000 residents across more than 1,700 sites and operating in more than 85% of local councils in the country.

We’re continually looking for new suppliers to help us deliver outstanding services to our customers and registering your interest so that we can consider your company couldn’t be easier.

If you’d like Anchor to consider your company as a supplier when tendering for new works, goods or services, please register your details on the Anchor Supply Portal.

Using the Supply Portal

Registering for our online tendering system is quick and simple, and will allow you to receive an automated email alert when a relevant tender is published.

You will also be able to see on our Supply Portal and this list will be updated on a regular basis.

You will be able to register an Expression of Interest in the tenders that may be suitable for you and we’ll store your details so that your organisation can be included in future tenders. To make sure you don’t miss out on any future opportunities, please make sure your organisation’s details on the Supply Portal are kept up-to-date.

The Procurement Act 2023

On 24 February 2025, The Procurement Act 2023 went live introducing changes to standardise and streamline the way goods, services and works are procured by the public sector. As a charitable housing association and part funded by the public sector, this impacts Anchor’s procurement processes.
